Study material built for your exam.
Tell me the course, the test date and what's on it. I build practice made for where you are, check it, and send you a link. Free.
What you get
- Practice firstProblems built backward from what your test actually asks, before any answers.
- Worked solutions that fadeEvery step at first, then fewer, until you're doing it on your own.
- A plan across your daysSpread over the days you have left, not one long night.
Any college course. If I can't do yours well, I'll tell you so instead of guessing.
How it works
- Fill in the form. Course, test date, the topic list, and where you are on each topic. A graded quiz or homework with the marks still on it helps more than anything else, if your course lets you share it.
- I reply by e-mail within 2 days with a yes, or with what's missing.
- I build it and check it against your course, then send you a link.
- If it's wrong, or it's more than you need, reply and say so — before your test, not after. There's time to fix it then, and that's the point.
- The day after your test, I ask whether it helped. That's how the next one gets better.
When to ask
Too late to help well. I'll say so.
A one-page recall sheet.
Up to the full set — you pick how much.
Material crammed into the last night doesn't stick, and I won't pretend it does. Time sets the most I can build well; it doesn't set how much you want.
How much you get
- A recall sheet
- One page: the methods and formulas, written as prompts to test yourself against. You know it and want to check you still do.
- A worked set
- The method map, a handful of worked solutions, and practice with the answers in the back. You've seen it in class and want guidance through problems.
- The full set
- A diagnostic, worked examples, practice that gets harder, a practice exam, and a plan across your days. You're closer to learning it from scratch.
With 3–6 days, the recall sheet is the most I build.
Pick on the form, or leave it blank and I'll choose from your topic ratings and the time you have, then tell you which I chose. More pages is not more help: if you've already sat through the lectures, a wall of worked examples is weight, not teaching.
The rules
- Study material only. I don't write, solve, or check anything you turn in for a grade.
- Written fresh. Your instructor's slides, exams and answer keys are never copied or passed along.
- Made with AI tools, then checked by me before it reaches you.
- Free. Nothing is sold.
- Send only what your course lets you share. That includes a graded quiz, slides or an old exam. If your instructor doesn't allow sharing it, send your topic list instead.
- Your course's rules about outside help still apply, and following them is on you.
At ODU these lines follow the Code of Student Conduct, Policy 1530 (revised 2024-06-14), §VIII, checked 2026-09-15. Other schools: your own code wins.
What the form asks
- Title
- Your course and the test, like "MATH 211 — Exam 2".
- Topic list
- Paste it from your syllabus, study guide or review sheet.
- Where you are now
- For each topic: never seen it · can't do it · can do it slowly · solid. Guessing high gets you material that wastes your time.
- Format
- How the test runs: closed book, calculator allowed, timed, and so on.
- Graded work
- A photo or PDF of a quiz or homework you got back, marks showing, if your course lets you share it. Optional.
- Course materials · Materials link
- Your syllabus or topic sheet. If you use a link, set it so anyone with the link can view. Optional.
- Study time available
- Minutes a day, and the days you already can't study. This is what I size the material against, so a guess here is better than nothing.
- How much you want
- A recall sheet, a worked set, or the full set — see above. Optional: blank means I choose and tell you which.
What happens to what you send
- The form asks for your name, e-mail, school, course, test date and topic list, and anything you choose to upload.
- It is stored in my Notion workspace (Notion runs the form). To build and check your material, what you send also passes through the AI services I work with, such as Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT. It is never posted publicly or sold.
- Uploads are kept one semester, then deleted.
- Your request record (name, e-mail, school, course, dates) is kept until one year after your test date, then deleted.
- Ask any time and I'll delete yours sooner, uploads included.
