The cards below are the situations this kit’s Front-Desk Map routes to you. That routing is the kit’s suggestion for desk staff, not an ODU procedure.
Front-Desk Map lines that come to you
These cards are the situations the kit’s Front-Desk Map (revision 59, read 2026-10-15; review by 2027-08-01) routes to you. Each card opens its own line.
- 3Registered, wants to be certifiedWhen a clearance form or a Chapter 31 authorization is due. Continuing, unchanged students are usually recertified without one
- 4Not certified, or certified wrongA student not paid because enrollment wasn’t certified, or was certified wrong
- 6Does this class count as in person?How the class meets, or a remedial class. VA makes in residence or distance part of your certification
- 8A drop or a withdrawalThe last date of attendance, and any reasons in writing
- 11A Chapter 31 authorization emailForwarded, and confirmed you have it
